1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and taya9.cam ("taya9", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the taya9 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any taya9 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of taya9 services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with taya9. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and that you are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

taya9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. Any underage accounts discovered will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds confiscated without exception.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The taya9 Platform is intended exclusively for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines who are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account access and gameplay. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

taya9 employs geolocation technology to verify your physical location. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with taya9. Multiple accounts, also known as "duplicate accounts," are strictly prohibited. This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or contact information but controlled by the same individual.

If taya9 discovers that you maintain multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately closed. Any winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and only the original deposits returned at taya9's sole discretion. Deliberate creation of duplicate accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform and referral to appropriate regulatory authorities.

2.4 Registration Information

During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. taya9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and account information at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party for any reason. All activities conducted through your account are presumed to be authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for any and all actions taken using your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify taya9 immediately via live chat support or email at [email protected]. taya9 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Usage

Your taya9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise made available to any other person. You may not allow any other individual to access your account or place bets on your behalf. Professional or commercial use of the Platform, or use of automated betting software or systems, is strictly prohibited without express written permission from taya9.

3.3 Accurate Transactions

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transactions you initiate, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagers. taya9 is not responsible for user error in transaction execution. Once a wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases of obvious system error at taya9's sole discretion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank, and cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. taya9 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, though bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the issuing institution.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your taya9 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you have legal authority to use the payment methods you provide. taya9 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. First-time withdrawals require completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address dated within the last three (3) months.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya, up to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers, and fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for cryptocurrency withdrawals, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and withdrawal frequency limits are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method and player VIP tier. taya9 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawals exceeding PHP 100,000 in a single transaction or PHP 500,000 in a calendar month.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotional offer. Any attempt to withdraw funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus, with only the original deposited amount remaining eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

taya9 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All withdrawals must satisfy a minimum turnover requirement of one time (1x) the deposited amount in gaming activity before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement exists to prevent use of the Platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activities.

Suspicious transactions or patterns of behavior may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including temporary holds on withdrawals pending investigation. taya9 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all AML and counter-terrorist financing matters.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by taya9 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Bonus terms include but are not limited to eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, eligible games, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and players who demonstrate patterns of behavior designed to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming activity will have bonuses revoked and may be excluded from future promotions or have their accounts closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 30,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted).

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play with other users to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, deliberate exploitation of game rules or system errors to meet wagering requirements, and any other activity that taya9 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute unfair or abusive exploitation of promotional offers.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may be prohibited from claiming any future bonuses or promotions. taya9 reserves the right to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses where bonus abuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

taya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, but may affect future eligibility or claiming of the same promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the taya9 Platform are powered by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and are not influenced by taya9, game providers, or any other party.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the Platform where applicable. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage of a game and does not guarantee individual session results. Actual results in any given gaming session may vary significantly from published RTP figures due to variance and statistical probability.

6.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each game offered on the Platform has specific rules governing gameplay, betting limits, payout structures, and other game mechanics. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between game display and actual result determination by the game server, the result recorded by the game server shall be considered final and binding. taya9 is not responsible for visual display errors or desynchronization between client display and server-side results.

6.3 Disconnections and Technical Errors

In the event of disconnection during gameplay, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game's disconnection policy. For most games, the round will complete automatically based on the last action taken before disconnection. You may view the outcome by reopening the game or checking your game history.

In rare cases where a technical malfunction affects game outcomes, taya9 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund all wagers. Players will be notified of any such incidents and affected wagers will be settled fairly according to taya9's malfunction policy.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting wagers are subject to the specific rules of each sport and event as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or official statistics provider.

taya9 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, late bets placed after an event has started (where live betting is not offered), match manipulation or fixing, or other circumstances where the integrity of the betting market has been compromised.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating or using multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other users to gain unfair advantage;
• Using bots, automated software, or any tools designed to place bets or play games without direct human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, identity theft, or money laundering;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or taya9 staff members;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose or resale of services;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith after gambling losses;
• Any activity that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or these Terms.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by taya9

taya9 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily or indefinitely if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform or the security of other users. During suspension, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals pending completion of investigation.

If investigation reveals no wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and any legitimately won funds returned. If investigation confirms violation of these Terms, your account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited as detailed in these Terms.

8.2 Termination by taya9

taya9 reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse service at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to material breach of these Terms, fraud, bonus abuse, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Upon termination, any bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Remaining legitimate funds (original deposits and winnings obtained in compliance with these Terms) may be returned at taya9's discretion, minus any amounts owed to taya9 for chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations.

8.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account or receive promotional materials. Self-exclusion is designed to support responsible gaming and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period expires.

You may also request permanent account closure at any time. Upon permanent closure, any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification processes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya9 Platform, including but not limited to the taya9 logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, games, and all other materials, are the property of taya9, our licensors, or our content providers and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials obtained from the Platform without express written permission from taya9.

The taya9 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of taya9 trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, taya9, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, inability to use the Platform, or any conduct of other users.

taya9's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance or the amount you deposited in the six (6) months preceding the claim, whichever is less.

taya9 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain security of your account credentials, failure to comply with these Terms, inaccuracies or errors in bets placed by you, technical problems or outages caused by your internet service provider or device, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or telecommunications failures beyond our reasonable control.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. taya9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support

If you have any complaint, dispute, or issue with the Platform, you must first contact taya9 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will attempt to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. You agree to provide all relevant information and cooperate fully in the resolution process.

11.2 Escalation to Management

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to taya9 management by sending a detailed written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Management Escalation." Management will review the matter and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.

11.3 PAGCOR Complaint

If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting taya9's internal dispute resolution process, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority overseeing taya9's license. PAGCOR's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

taya9 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated via email to your registered email address and may be highlighted on the Platform. However, absence of direct notification does not relieve you of responsibility for reviewing and complying with updated Terms.
